Wavedon \\ Milton Keynes

Eagle Farm North (Wavendon) forms part of a major mixed-use development allocation for approximately 2,900 homes and 80 acres of employment land in the Milton Keynes Core Strategy.

Having secured planning permission for the substantial housing element, Gallagher Estates subsequently gained planning permission for 1,356,000 sq ft of B1(c), B2 and B8 floor space in close proximity to the M1. 

The B8 land was part-serviced by Gallagher Estates before being sold to IDI Gazeley as an extension to their Magna Park Scheme.

The site builds on the success of Milton Keynes as a logistics employment destination by providing a continued supply of high-quality B8 distribution floor space.
