Welcome

Gallagher Estates is a long-established property development and investment company specialising in the identification, acquisition and promotion of strategic land.

We have been at the forefront of the industry for over 60 years, building up an enviable track record of delivery. We focus on the delivery of medium and large scale strategic development sites where we utilise our significant financial resources, experience and expertise to assemble land, promote and secure planning and deliver the infrastructure required to facilitate much-needed development.

In 2017 Gallagher Estates was acquired by the L&Q Group, a charitable housing association with a focus on the delivery of affordable housing in London and the South East. Gallagher Estates’ operations remain completely independent of L&Q with a focus on delivering high-quality developments that maximise returns to our land owning partners.

Our returns are then recycled into L&Q to aid the delivery of much-needed housing across the Group’s target areas. Key to our success is our willing and pro-active attitude to engaging with the communities in which we operate. Throughout this brochure you will see numerous testimonials written by those with whom we work, including landowners, local authorities, housebuilders and professional advisers.
